Rate Details

  • Maximum of 6 guests.
  • Check-in time is 4 pm or later, check-out time is 11 am or earlier.
  • 3 night minimum rental period for holiday weekends.
  • One week = 7 nights. One month = 30 nights.
  • Changeover days are flexible.
  • Discount on stays of 3 months or longer.
  • Refundable security deposit required upon booking.
  • Balance of rental fees due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Cleaning fee is $75 non-refundable.
  • Taxes of 10% (sales & tourist development) are additional.
  • Payment methods accepted: credit cards, debit cards and personal checks.
  • Rates and availability subject to change until your reservation is confirmed.
  • Clean sheets, towels and starter set of paper products are included.
  • Reasonable use of A/C and Heating is included.
  • Pet fee for approved pets is $25 per day / $100 maximum (per pet).
  • Cancellations are subject to a minimum $100 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire damage/reservation deposit.
